Bio

Deanne Davis, lyricist and book writer of “Star of Wonder – A Christmas Musical”, is a published author with many articles and short stories to her name.

She is a speaker who has entertained many with her observations on family life, marriage, children and her own special Philosophy of Life: “Marriage is a lot of fun, especially if you don't insist on having your way all the time; but on the other hand, having your own way is also a lot of fun!”

Deanne is a poet, a publicity/PR person, and is currently enjoying writing musicals. Star of Wonder is the second she and collaborator, David Wheatley, have written together and plans are in the making for the next one! The opportunity to premiere Star of Wonder at First Christian Church is a delight and a dream come true, and she hopes that everyone who sees it comes away filled with Christmas joy and comes back to see us soon!
